Marissa NGUYEN

  • Marissa was born and raised in South Phoenix, Arizona. She studied at Coconino Community College in Flagstaff, majoring in Hotel & Restaurant Management. She comes to us with 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her passion for planning, coordinating, and designing events led her to the Catering & Event Manager position at the Wrigley Mansion. When she isn’t planning events, you will find her spending quality time with her wife, closest family members, and friends. Email Marissa.

Hao-fa-Kao, Dir Of Event Operations

  • Sez Denali's passion for hospitality began with her first job and has guided every step of her career. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management with an emphasis in Event Coordination from Northern Arizona University before following her curiosity abroad. Her travels led her to work for a winery in New Zealand, where she gained a broader appreciation for hospitality, culture, and creating meaningful connections. Returning home, she found the perfect fit at Wrigley Mansion, where she helps bring memorable events to life.

    Sez approaches both work and life with a growth mindset, believing that the greatest opportunities come from stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing new perspectives. She enjoys helping guests celebrate life's special moments while contributing to the unique experience that makes Wrigley Mansion so memorable.

    Outside of work, Sez has a passion for travel, photography, painting, drawing, reading, and lifelong learning. She also enjoys practicing aerial silks and yoga, finding inspiration through creativity, movement, and exploring the world.

  • Hao-fa Kao began his hospitality career in 2010 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort, where he started in the stewarding department supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that create exceptional guest experiences. Driven by a strong work ethic and a desire to grow, he steadily advanced through the ranks, eventually becoming a busser at Wright's, the resort's acclaimed fine dining restaurant. There, he developed a deep appreciation for refined service while expanding his knowledge of hospitality through a variety of service styles. In 2019, recommendations from former managers led him to Wrigley Mansion, where he continues to build on his passion for creating memorable experiences for every guest.

    Hao-fa believes that true hospitality comes from giving your full dedication to every task while treating people with patience, respect, and genuine care. He feels these values are at the heart of Wrigley Mansion, where every interaction is an opportunity to create meaningful connections and lasting memories.

    Outside of work, Hao-fa enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and truly treasures watching them grow together.
