Working at Christopher's at the Wrigley Mansion means working and learning as a team. Chef Christopher believes in mentoring culinarians who may one day want to open their own restaurant. He believes aspiring chefs should follow their dishes from kitchen to table, interact with guests, and explain the dish. He also encourages wine education, as it is an integral part of fine dining.
