Wedding Cakes

The Wrigley Mansion adds a special touch when customizing your wedding cake with exquisite design and décor that will beautifully complement your special day. Our contracted Pastry Chef is Judy Palmer. Her confections have been highlighted in Bon Appetit, Pastry Art and Bride's Magazine. A graduate of the CIA in Hyde Park, her talents have taken her from the island of Kauai to the Riviera in France where she has been the Pastry Chef for the Cannes Film Festival. Chef Palmer has been fortunate enough to be a featured chef at the James Beard House in NYC and now is the owner of 'Ganache This' here in Phoenix.

Other cake and filling flavors may be available; please discuss your desires with chef Palmer. Pricing starts at $8.00 Per Person Sugar, Chocolate & hand made Décor available for an extra fee. Due to the creativity and the amount of labor that goes into the construction of our wedding cakes, it is imperative that all details are finalized at least one week prior to the event. Prices effective though 8/1/08. A taxable 20% service charge and 8.1% state sales tax will be applied to all food and beverage prices.
