Lunch Buffets
(Minimum of 50 guests)
Wrigley Soup and Deli Buffet
Customize your buffet with your choices of one of our homemade soups and two of
our specialty salad. Buffet will include a Mixed Baby Greens with Assorted
Condiments and two dressings. Deli display consisting of Assorted Deli Meats and
Domestic Cheeses, Leaf Lettuce, Sliced Tomato and Onions, Kosher Pickle Spears,
Pepperchinis, and Sweet Cherry Peppers; and assorted cheeses; a basket of
French, Sourdough, Rye, and Honey-Wheat breads. Served with a variety of
condiments and freshly baked Cookies and Brownies.

"Sportsman's" Buffet
Hot Dogs, Beer Bratwurst,Smoked Chicken Breasts; Hamburgers &
Cheeseburgers, hot off the grill! A Garden Salad with two dressings, American
Potato Salad, Creamy Cole Slaw, California Pasta Salad, and Potato Chips support
this All-American buffet. Also included assorted trays of: Leaf Lettuce, Sliced
Tomato, and Onions; Kosher Pickle Spears, Pepperchinis, and Sweet Cherry
Peppers; and assorted cheeses. Finish with fresh baked Cookies,
Dessert Bars and Brownies.
Mexican Lunch Buffet
Your choice of fresh Gazpacho or Black Bean Soup and "Build Your
Own" Nachos, Tacos, or Taco Salad! Seasoned Ground Beef, Grilled Chicken and
Refried Pinto Beans with all the traditional toppings such as: Machca, Shredded
Lettuce, Mohito Lime Tomatoes, Jack & Cheddar Cheeses, Black Olives, Green
Onions, Sour Cream, Guacamole, and fresh Salsa, Tri-Color Chips, Corn and Flour
Tortillas included. Also including Jicama-Cucumber Salad and Roasted Corn and
Black Bean Salad. For Dessert Ancho Chili Pecan Pie

Sliced Seasonal Fruits & Berries, Mixed Baby Greens with Assorted Condiments and
your choice of two dressings and two Specialty Salads. Finish your buffet with
fresh seasonal vegetables and two starches to accompany your entrée selections
followed by a collection of Cakes, Pies and Tarts.
